OSHA has cited janitorial services company ServiceMaster Clean with one willful and four serious safety violations for failing to protect workers from lead exposure and other hazards while they were contracted to clean an indoor firing range in Lancaster.
OSHA has recently cited Buford, Ga.-based Maga Construction Inc. with 12 serious violations for exposing workers to fall hazards and other safety violations at a San Antonio work site.
OSHA has cited Stella-Jones Corp., a manufacturer of railroad ties, with 16 safety violations, including one willful, following the crushing death of a worker who was caught in a machine at the company's facility in Warrior.
