3M’s Personal Safety Division has announced the winners of its 30th Annual Occupational Health and Safety Scholarship Program.
The 2016 Occupational Health and Safety Scholarship recipients are as follows:
Two more occupational safety and health academic programs have recently been awarded ABET accreditation. Receiving the accreditation for the first time are East Carolina University’s MS in Occupational Safety and Illinois State University’s BS in Safety.
Earlier this year, Millennials (those age 18 to 34) passed Generation X to become the largest segment of the American labor force. As more Baby Boomers retire, this trend will accelerate. In fact, Deloitte reports that Millennials will comprise a staggering 75% of the global workforce by 2025.
