Chelsea Kidd, MBA, CSCS, CPT holds over 15 years of experience across the health, fitness, safety and wellness industries. A lifelong health enthusiast with a passion for improving safety through exercise, her career began with an emphasis on sport and occupation specific training at the Medical University of South Carolina. She later worked with the U.S. Government to improve general health and wellness outcomes of NASA Kennedy Space Center’s employee population. Chelsea’s efforts led to additional grant-based research and program development for NASA’s injury prevention initiative “Slip, Trip, Fall Prevention” which included mobility screenings, balance and strength assessments. While working with the National Guard of Jacksonville, FL she provided nutrition, resilience, fitness and general wellness consultations.
Chelsea has also worked in the commercial sector including her work pioneering and managing a health and safety program for Barnard Construction. This program included an emphasis on injury prevention, sleep optimization and fatigue management. Her work in the fitness industry includes implementation and management of the onsite fitness center and wellness program for United Technologies of Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Chelsea leads SiteWell Solutions to create a healthier world, one organization at a time.
