Chris Klinvex spent the last decade leading a team of researchers that developed Select International’s innovative safety solutions, focused on the internal or psychological side of personal safety. This included creating a validated and proprietary methodology to accurately evaluate personal safety traits (SafetyDNA) in employees. The second related to identifying which of those safety traits were critical for safely completing common job tasks (TaskDNA). Select International has conducted more than 50 million personal assessments. This data serves as a basis for its research teams to create predictive models for understanding personal safety behavior.
Personal safety remains a constant challenge that employees face primarily on their own. How each perceives and responds to workplace exposures, ultimately determines their likelihood of being injured.
