David Roston, MD has been with AllOne Health for more than 10 and performs DOT examinations, medical surveillance examinations, treatment of injuries, and fitness-for-duty & return to work evaluations. He is a certified Medical Review Officer and reviews cases with AllOne Health nurses. Dr. Roston received his Bachelor's Degree from Northwestern University and his M.D. degree from the University of Louisville. Dr. Roston is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Association of Medical Review Officers, and the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners.
