OSHA
has made another friend in the Big Apple. The agency and the New York City Department
of Design and Construction (DDC) announced they have formed an alliance to
address construction hazards in the city’s five boroughs.
OSHA’s Advisory Committee on Construction Safety
and Health (ACCSH) will meet in Washington, D.C., May 15 and 16, 2008,
according to an April 29 notice in the Federal Register. The
meeting is open to the public.
