OSHA has cited Ball Aerosol and Specialty Container with 11 safety violations, including seven willful and three repeat, for exposing workers to machine guarding hazards at its Hubbard, Ohio, metal container manufacturing facility. Proposed fines total $589,000.
The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Republic Engineered Products Inc. and Ameriwood Industries for serious serious safety violations, according a recent press release.
OSHA has proposed $130,200 in fines against Novis Marine Ltd., a yacht design and fabrication company in Fairport Harbor, Ohio, for alleged willful, serious and repeat violations of federal workplace safety standards.
