Seven U.S. Marines were killed and at least seven other people injured during a training exercise in western Nevada last night, Marine Corps officials announced today. The Marines, members of a ground combat unit based in Camp Lejeune, N.C., died in an explosion.
The owner of a marine construction company allegedly created hostile working conditions by making physically threatening gestures, making inappropriate sexual comments and advances, yelling, screaming – and withholding the paycheck of an employee who objected to that behavior.
OSHA recently issued several new Fact Sheets and QuickCards that provide important safety and health information for workers and employers in the construction, nanotechnology and maritime industries.
