Recognizing 2024 as a leap year, the Jobsite Safety and Security (JSS) team identified the opportunity to add an extra day to spread the word about ladder safety. 

Every March, the American Ladder Safety Institute raises awareness about ladder safety and encourages engagement in annual training events. 

Because safety never takes a break, now is the time to take the lessons learned in March and carry them forward all year long. 

Ladder Safety Month takes place every March to raise awareness of ladder safety and decrease injuries and fatalities caused by ladder misuse.

 NIOSH, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and the Center for Construction Research and Training are promoting a national campaign to prevent workplace falls. March 2021 marks the Fifth Annual National Ladder Safety Month.
