Joseph Whiteman, CSP, ASP, CHST, La Quinta, CA, has been named manager of safety services for the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC), St. Louis, MO. This is a new position for this organization. “Safety has always been one of the foundations of ASCC, “says Mike Schneider, council director of ASCC’s Safety & Risk Management Council (SRMC).
