For more than 20 years of the firm’s 42-year history – originally as Organization Resources Counselors, Inc., through its acquisition by Mercer, and now in its current independent status as ORCHSE Strategies, LLC – Frank has been the leader of the firm’s Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental services.
