New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell announced that the city has filed suit against the property developers who were overseeing the construction of a Hard Rock hotel that collapsed last year and killed three workers, reports ABC News.

The division is accepting comments on the draft standard through Sept. 7. Oregon OSHA is proposing a temporary rule that would combat the spread of coronavirus in all workplaces by requiring employers to implement risk-reducing measures. Those measures include social distancing, barriers, face coverings, cleanings, and information sharing.

Instead, OSHA continues to reference numerous other statutory and regulatory standards that potentially apply to what OSHA may determine are COVID-related deficiencies in the workplace.
