“Flash sessions” – short bursts of information that will give you key information – will take place at various exhibits at the Safety 2018 Exposition. A number of Community Receptions at Safety 2018 will enable specific interest groups to network and socialize with each other.
The Blacks in Safety Excellence (BISE) Networking Reception will be held on Sunday, June 3 from 5:00PM - 7:00PM at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. Light refreshments will be served.
The Women in Safety Excellence (WISE) Networking Reception will be held on Sunday, June 3 from 6:00PM - 8:00PM at Howl at the Moon San Antonio.
A conference program that encouraged Safety 2018 attendees to “Pay it Forward” by donating $25 or more to several good causes in the South Texas area has been canceled due to lack of participation. The donations would have been used to purchase items for kits that would have been assembled for St. Jude’s Ranch for Children Texas and Soldiers’ Angels.
