Personality styles in meetings — which is yours?

Everyone is a blend of all four personality types—dominance, influence, steadiness and consciousness. There is not right or wrong; most people tend to exhibit one or two styles. All styles are equal in value in their own ways. And, all contribute to the success of a safety committee.

When working with others it is important to see that different people have different needs and must be handled uniquely. The profile assessment is a fun and rapid guide to human behavior analysis. We offer the online assessment with/without follow-up training and interpretation.

Our Safety Team Workshop has an optional extra day to include the DISC profile research. Each team member takes a private assessment merging personality styles with team assessments. The deliverable is a comprehensive 36-page assessment complete with insights, strategies and action plans for each person.
