Radians®, Inc., a leading manufacturer of quality personal protective equipment (PPE), recently announced that Russell Silver has joined the company as Vice President of Industrial Sales, reporting to Radians’ President Bill England.
Silver spent the last eight years of his career at HexArmor®, where he drove PPE business through multi-channel distribution networks in the western part of the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Alaska.
Prior to joining HexArmor, Silver served in sales management and executive positions where he received numerous accolades for his multi-million dollar sales performance, new product introductions, training programs, and inventory management systems. He has worked with both distributors and end users in several industries including PPE, oil/ gas, mining, recycling, steel, manufacturing, law enforcement, and military.
Silver will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategic direction, expansion and operation of Radians’ industrial channel while achieving the organization's overall financial goals. He will also ensure that industrial sales and organizational objectives are met and are in line with the mission and quality policy of Radians to “be a profitable top-tier supplier of quality safety solutions for the end user while consistently meeting our partners’ expectations.”
