Underpinning & Foundation Skanska, a division of Skanska USA Civil that is commonly known as one of America's oldest and most experienced deep foundation specialists, was recently recognized with the Outstanding Safety Program Award from The International Association of Foundation Drilling (ADSC).

The award is given for exceptional safety achievements and is based on the recipient’s performance, improvement, procedures and standards, and overall commitment to safety.

Skanska is often recognized for the pioneering safety precautions it takes on its projects throughout the nation. For example, earlier this year OSHA honored Skanska USA with VPP merit recognition for its work on the Croton Water Treatment Plant project in the Bronx, New York.
