MCR Safety’s state-of-the-art new distribution facility is fully operational and providing higher shipping accuracy and efficiency.  This facility will service United States and International destinations supplemented by our west coast facility in Fontana, CA.  Between the two facilities, MCR will process over half a million delivery lines daily. 

The new 500,000-square-foot distribution center is located on 50 acres in Piperton, TN, a suburb of Memphis. Some of the improvements include a wire system incorporated into the flooring for forklift guidance, four levels of bin locations, and motion-activated lighting for greater energy efficiency. Additionally, our production services such as glove and glass imprints, garment silk screen, and safety vest customization program are located in the new facility.
