Attendees of Safety 2013 will soon be able to download an app for their iPhone, iPad or Android that will allow them to make the most of their convention experience.
The American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), sponsors of the event coming up June 24-26 in Las Vegas, say the app will allow users to gain immediate access to:
- their personalized agenda
- speaker presentations
- session tracks
- bios for speakers
- interactive maps
- exhibitor guide
- event details
- and more.
The Safety 2013 app can also be used to personalize schedules, take notes and to share contacts.
The ASSE promises that the custom-built app will be available in the spring and will load quickly and easily from the App Store or the Android Market. Blackberry users can access the html 5 version.
