Arizona Instrument LLC is an ISO 9001:2000 registered company that designs, manufactures, and markets Computrac® precision moisture, solids, and ash analysis instruments and Jerome® portable and fixed toxic gas detectors. The company recently launched a newly redesigned Web site,www.azic.com, which features complete information on product lines and all optional accessories. The new format provides quick access to information on the recommended instruments for specific industries with a simple click of an icon.

The customer service section provides information on training class schedules, on-site field services, technology updates, frequently asked questions, and much more. There is also a simple return material authorization (RMA) form to easily send in instruments for repair or annual calibration. Users will find downloadable manuals and product brochures, and international distributor locations, as well as a list of the trade shows where they can see a live demonstration of instrumentation. Any user who recently sent in an instrument for repair or calibration can fill out a survey for a chance to win an IPod® Nano.

Arizona Instrument has also recently relocated. October 20th was their first official day of conducting business from a new building in Chandler, Arizona, just 12 miles southeast of the company’s previous location. A spacious floor plan and custom-built labs will allow the company to continue to improve its history of high-quality products and services.
