R3 Safety has announced the addition of two new regional business managers, Nick Mercadante and Ron Vince, according to a recent company press release.

Nick Mercadante will serve as the Regional Business Manager for the Mid Atlantic Region including Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, Virginia and North Carolina. Mr. Mercadante has worked in the industrial and safety distribution business for over 14 years. His experience brings extensive understanding of value-based selling strategies to R3 Safety, the company says.

The new Regional Business Manager for the Mountain States Region, including Oregon and Washington, is Ron Vince. He brings with him over 25 years of service with proven track record in sales and marketing in the management solutions industry. The company says Mr. Vince’s experience in sales management, business development, contract negotiations and strategic planning will make him a valuable asset to R3 Safety.
