DuPont has launched the DuPont™ Tyvek® 500 HP Model TY178 coverall, a unique patent-pending solution to address the challenge of supporting the protection workers using safety harnesses from exposure to particle and/or light liquid aerosol hazards. Designed to be worn over a full-body harness, the innovative garment allows workers to access and deploy multiple D-Rings of the harness. Compatible with a variety of full-body harness models, Tyvek® 500 HP may significantly improve personal protection for workers in a wide variety of applications, including painting, cleaning, and building maintenance. Tyvek® 500 HP is the first single-use, multi-attachment harness garment that is designed to protect wearers and their harnesses from external chemical threats.
