Per Cal/OSHA's Protection from Wildfire Smoke Emergency Regulation, businesses must monitor exposure conditions for employees and make proper training and medical assistance available. This course includes health effects of wildfire smoke, respiratory protection, who is an exception to the regulation and the rights of employees.
