Online exhibitor registration for the 11th edition of OS+H Asia, The Occupational Safety + Health Exhibition for Asia, is now open at  www.osha-singapore.com. Organized by Messe Düsseldorf Asia, the event will take place from August 22 - 24, 2018 in Singapore.  Messe Düsseldorf Asia is the subsidiary of Messe Düsseldorf in Germany, renowned for A + A - the world’s leading international trade fair for the occupatonal safety and health sector.

OS+H Asia has established a prominent presence in the workplace safety and health sector and continues to grow with every edition. The 2018 event will provide a total solutions platform for OSH practitioners and industry professionals with seven renewed focus areas: Work at Height, Fire Protection, Environmental Control, Crisis and Emergency Management, Workplace Ergonomics, Smart Technologies and Health at Work.

The 2018 staging of OS+H Asia will again have strong regional and international participation by more than 200 exhibitors from 25 nations, including country group exhibits  from China, Malaysia, Russia, Singapore and Taiwan.

Advancement in technology and emerging labor market trends are constantly re-shaping the landscape of the workplace. In recent years, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) has made rapid progress in raising OSH standards, performance and capabilities. Singapore for example has taken strides in improving workplace safety and health over the past decade. The workplace fatality rate in Singapore was 1.9 per 100,000 workers in 2016i, and is well on course to reaching the target of less than 1.8. The Singapore government has launched a fund of up to Singapore $2 million to support institutes and companies in developing cutting-edge solutions to reduce workplace fatalities from vehicular accidentsii.
