Noise monitoring specialists Cirrus Research will be exclusively unveiling its much-anticipated doseBadge® Mark V at SHExpo 2016, June 21-23.
Offering a host of new features, the latest addition to the dosebadge range will be showcased at the Q2050 stand, giving delegates the chance to see and experience the latest model for the first time.
The Mark V has been developed by the in-house R&D team, following on from the doseBadge IV that was introduced in 2007. Its compact size hosts a wealth of new future-proof technology but still offers the same tried and tested features that have set the doseBadge apart since its debut in 1996.
The doseBadge V arrives in the year that Cirrus Research celebrates 20 years since it brought the first doseBadge to market – having sold an incredible 20,000 units worldwide since then.
Cirrus’ first venture into the dosimeter market saw them introduce the world’s first wireless dosimeter; it has evolved over the years to become even more durable, easy to wear, as well as operator friendly. As technology improved the doseBadge followed suit, introducing world leading software, minute by minute data logging, two channel recording data facilities and more detailed analysis.
James Tingay, Quality & Product Development said: “The doseBadge has always been a hard act to follow and was truly ground-breaking when we launched it 20 years ago. Even with the fifth generation new model we still adhere to the same no display/no controls philosophy that helped launch the original and make the doseBadge the huge success it is today.
“We know many of our clients are very keen to see the doseBadge V and SHExpo will be first opportunity to do just that.”
