What’s the difference between the full brochure and onsite program book? The full brochure lists the schedule and sessions/ speakers known at the time. Occasionally a speaker or session changes and an event may be cancelled. The onsite program book is the most up-to-date schedule of events.

How do I become a speaker at next year’s PDC? ASSE call for presenters deadline is in July 2016 for Safety 2017. Attend How to Prepare a Proposal to Speak at the PDC onsite. More information will be available at the conference.

Recordings: ASSE will be recording 170+ concurrent sessions. With video and slides synched to audio, you’ll be able to watch the sessions you missed (or review the sessions you liked best). Plus you can order your recordings ahead of time (see step 4 of registration!).

Badges: All conference attendees are required to wear their badge throughout the conference. Your badge allows you access to those events included in your registration fee. Badge holders will be two-toned in color and coded according to your registration.

Volunteer at PDC: Volunteer opportunities will include hotel Greeters and convention center Greeters. In addition, we are always looking for some smiling faces to assist with directing attendees to the lunches and general sessions. Download and submit our Volunteer Form.

Dress Code: While we appreciate that Atlanta can be hot and humid, casual business attire (no shorts or jeans) is appropriate attire for this professional conference. We appreciate your cooperation.

Information Booth: Stop by the ASSE Information Booth, an ASSE staff member will be available at the Information Booth to answer your questions about the conference. In addition, greeters will be on hand to help direct you. Each greeter will be easily identified by a bright yellow lanyard and welcome button.
