OUTSIDE Magazine ranked Ergodyne the third Best Place to Work out of 100 top companies in America. Each year, OUTSIDE recognizes workplaces that help their employees achieve ideal work-life balance, encourage employees to lead an active lifestyle, and prioritize giving back to the community. This is the fourth consecutive year Ergodyne has made the list.

New this year

For the first time ever, OUTSIDE Magazine divided the list of top 100 companies into five categories: Adventure/Travel, Wellness, Culture, Gear, and Media. Ergodyne was rated number one out of 10 companies within the Gear category.
