Vandals who broke into a New York school in September turned on an emergency shower and eye wash station in the science lab, causing flooding that forced the school to close for two days.
All after school sports activities were also been cancelled as a result.
News sources say that overflowing water damaged first and second floor classrooms at Brookfield Central School in Brookfield, NY. The district offices and cafeteria were damaged as well.
The Madison County Sheriff's Office conducted a criminal investigation into the incident.
